2. Description of Service
ChunkOps is a data quality platform for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications. We provide tools for conflict detection, deduplication, and quality assurance of document data before ingestion into vector databases.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload malicious content or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
5. Your Data
You retain all rights to your data. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide notice when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHUNKOPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your data and contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
